My girlfriend and I have been going out for more than a year now and our second anniversary is coming up in a few weeks time. We started a tradition to give each other on that special day and I don’t expect it to be any different this time. As usual, I have no idea on what to get her, so I decided to approach my sister for some advice. According to her, never get a girl clothes or anything of that nature and it’s best to stick to jewellery or handbags.

There was no way I could afford jewellery which is why I decided to go for handbags instead. Thus, I decided to look up for any online retailers which might have them for sale. I thought online purchasing would be more economical as some retailers have massive discounts on their goods. After an hour or googling, I came across a company called Juicy Couture and their items ranged from Juicy Couture Clothing to Juicy Couture bags. Since clothing was a definite no-no, I ended up browsing through their selection of handbags which had prices from approximately $90 to 120. At first glance, the prices do appear to be quite steep. However, I noticed that they were offering discounts of up to fifty percent on purchases which was a total relief!

As for their products, I have to say that the designs are quite unique compared to the current fashion trends. They like using lots of bright colors such as pink, light blue, yellow in their products instead of the monotonous black or white. As for the gift, I decided to buy Juicy Couture Handbag Velour Baby Fluffy in Black Pink which cost me $99.99.

The bag arrived after 10 days, just in time for our special day. Upon receiving the present, she smiled with absolute joy because she didn’t expect me to give her something so un-contemporary. Oh well, I guess I’ll be having a tough time cracking my head next year in order to top this one!
